WINN HOUSE RESTORATION

Parkwyn Village was conceived as a utopian housing community by a group of young scientists in the 1940s.

The Winn house is one of four wright designs and is a hemi cyclical solar design.

The restoration covered structural retrofit, building envelope repairs and reconstruction as well as repristination of the original layout, details and finishes.
